We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Learning & Development Coordinator. This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with attorney development internationally. Responsibilities will include: Tracking and coordinating attendance of local training programmes. Tracking deadlines and updating records for bar licence and certificate renewals, and visa expiry dates. Overseeing onboarding and leaving processes. Collaborating with international offices to manage LMS content and handling LMS administration. Coordinating training sessions and assigning new attorneys to compliance courses. Producing reports for training and compliance, reviewing and updating, as necessary. Booking external courses and tracking spending. Processing department invoices and expenses. Assisting with admin for mentoring programmes. The firm are offering a competitive salary & benefits package, and hybrid working arrangements are in place. Suitable candidates will have gained prior learning and development experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. IP Renewals Clerk We are seeking an experienced IP Renewals Clerk to join a growing IP law firm based in Central London . This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and supportive firm with a strong reputation in intellectual property. For this position, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years' experience in IP renewals . This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and hybrid working (3 days remote working). Key duties will include, but are not limited to: Monitoring the renewals inbox Processing renewal instructions by filing renewal applications for Patents, Designs, and Trade Marks in the UK, EUIPO, WIPO, and overseas jurisdictions Reviewing and sending renewal reminders to clients via email Obtaining renewal quotes and filing correspondence within the document management system Monitoring emails and responding to renewal queries from clients and fee earners Checking and managing daily post Assisting with the maintenance of renewal folders, updating renewal schedules, and archiving renewal data where required Issuing invoices and credit notes when required Skills / Experience required: Minimum of 2 years' renewals experience Knowledge of IP formalities IT literate - knowledge of Excel and Outlook required GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) in Maths and English CIPA qualification desirable but not essential Strong attention to detail and a diligent approach to work Methodical and well organised Proactive approach to problem solving Flexible with a strong team-player attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
