My client in Luton is seeking an experienced Sous Chef for this busy and vibrant kitchen, you must be well versed in all aspects supporting a Head Chef and working in a busy kitchen brigade and have full set of whites and knives with a minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene certification. This role is temping and will be ad hoc shifts with other work available within the agency. You will be confident, well presented and have a great work ethic with a range of skills suitable for all types of cuisines. Hours are 7am to 2.30pm. Are you confident, able to handle all sorts of cuisines and have worked as an agency chef before? Have you worked in a pub, or brasserie? Are you a car driver or live in Luton? Have you been a chef a number of years back but haven't forgotten the skills? I am interested in hearing from you as I have a number of dates in July and August!
