Female Support Worker 37.5 hours per week. £12.71 per hour. You will be required to: Day to day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment. Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families and others whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality. Support service users with the preparation of Meals, Laundry duties, cleaning and social events. Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required. Work as part of a team to provide high quality care. Must Have: The confidence to work alone or as part of a team.
