Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies. Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students. Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials. Requirements: Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 3 is essential). Experience in working within a Primary School or Nursery setting. Thorough understanding of the curriculum and learning objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Caring and compassionate approach towards students. Empowering Learning are excited to be going through a period of expansion, we have recently re-opened our Oxfordshire branch which sadly closed during the pandemic, and have had a very busy few months. We are looking to work with teachers and cover supervisors, who want flexible work and are happy to do supply teaching. As a supply teacher, you will: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
