You will be responsible for leading the Account Management team, developing long-term customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and identifying new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager Lead, mentor and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve sales and business objectives. Manage the contract review process, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Skills & Experience as a Business Development Manager Previous experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Experience leading or developing a sales or account management team. Strong technical understanding, ideally within electrical engineering, contract manufacturing or a similar industry. Proven success in developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial awareness and sound business decision-making ability. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Self-motivated with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
