FULL TIME - Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern on 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm / 10am - 6pm This position is temporary for 12 weeks, with the potential for it to be extended. Main duties include: Handle incoming telephone calls and assist customers with their enquiries. Arrange appointments and handle customer bookings. Deal with complaints and escalate if necessary.
