The Role - Key Responsibilities: Client-facing senior position managing a diverse portfolio of SMEs, groups, LLPs, and charities. Review and preparation of statutory accounts under FRS102. Oversee audit assignments from planning through to completion. Deliver advisory and business support services to privately owned businesses. Support and mentor junior team members and active studiers. Collaborate closely with the Partners to deliver quality client service and drive growth. Play a key part in the strategic development of the firm as a future Director. What we are looking for: ACA or ACCA-qualified accountant with strong technical experience in audit and accounts. Proven ability to lead teams and develop client relationships. Ambition to obtain your Practising Certificate and RI status. Interest in building your career as a general practitioner.
