We are pleased to be working on behalf a leading mortgage and broader financial planning client seeking to further expand their mortgage division with the addition of an experienced / Senior Mortgage Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is either looking to be a career administrator, or perhaps someone seeking to further progress into Mortgage Advice and potentially Financial Planning. Responsibilities: Support Mortgage and Protection Advisors by providing full administration support. Liaise with lenders, clients, insurers etc and manage client documentation supporting the mortgage application process from initial enquiry and submission to completion. Provide a high level of customer service and be mindful of compliance and internal processes. Experience: Candidates need to have experience administering a range of mortgages within an independent or tied environment. Experience of dealing with protection cases and applications would be preferable. You will have strong communication and organisational skills and have a high attention to detail. Our client, an award winning and rapidly expanding employee benefits consultancy, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Associate Employee Benefits Consultant into their team. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building relationships with insurers and contacts within clients. You will also support more experienced consultants on larger clients to develop and expand your experience and knowledge. You will support in some areas of administrative work for clients but also seek to delegate this to the broader team. Experience: Candidates need to come from an employee benefits background and have experience in working with Group Healthcare or Group Risk schemes including Group Private Medical insurance, Group Risk and flexible benefit schemes. Candidates will ideally hold professional qualifications such as IF7 or GR1 although this is not essential. Health cash plan and dental experience would be advantageous Client facing experience is preferred and ideally experience of dealing with a range of SME and Corporate clients. We are pleased to be supporting a well established wealth management business with an expanding employee benefits arm seeking to recruit an experienced new business focussed Employee Benefits Consultant to join their team providing high level of advice and support to clients across the full employee benefits range, including corporate pensions, group risk, healthcare, flexible benefits and wellbeing programmes, employee communications and education. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for leading presentations, tenders and proposals for clients in relation to new business whilst seeking to build additional partnerships and referral sources. Candidates will be responsible for the ownership and growth of a portfolio of corporate clients delivering advice across all areas of employee benefits. Experience: Proven experience within a corporate consulting or employee benefits consulting environment Strong and demonstrable technical knowledge across corporate pensions and wider benefits such as group life, group income protection, PMI, healthcare, flexible benefits etc. Candidates need to have excellent communication, presentation and business development skills. Candidates need to ideally be qualified to Level 4 / Diploma in Financial Planning, although this is not essential.
