Database Officer London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office) £33,000 - £35,000 We are an international development charity working globally to support vulnerable communities through practical assistance, advocacy, and welfare services. We are seeking a detail-oriented Database Officer for an International Development charity to support the management of CRM system and ensure high-quality data to underpin our fundraising and communications work. You will work closely with the Data & Appeals Manager to maintain data accuracy, process donations, and provide reporting and insights to the wider team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and cleanse CRM data (e.g. Raiser's Edge or similar) Process and reconcile donations with Finance Run regular processes (e.g. direct debits, Gift Aid) Produce data selections and reports for fundraising campaigns Manage database access and support colleagues with queries Ensure GDPR compliance and data integrity Key Requirements: Experience using CRM systems (Raiser's Edge desirable) Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, data cleaning) Experience working with large datasets and data imports High attention to detail and accuracy Understanding of GDPR and data protection Strong organisational and time management skills Good communication skills and a collaborative approach Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays 7% employer pension contribution Life assurance (3x salary) Hybrid working Employee wellbeing and discount schemes

Home Manager - Supported Accommodation for Young People Uxbridge - fully site-based Permanent, Full-Time £30,000 + quarterly bonus (up to £900 per quarter) Monday to Friday We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected care and support provider that delivers supported accommodation services to young people aged 16-18. Our client operates multiple homes across London and the Home Counties, offering safe, nurturing environments for young people They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Home Manager to lead one of their homes, ensuring a high-quality, person-centred service that truly changes lives. As a Home Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of a supported accommodation home. Key responsibilities: Build meaningful relationships and deliver key work sessions with young people. Work collaboratively with professionals and colleagues to provide consistent support. Supervise and develop a small team of Live-In Support Workers. Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming home environment. Keep accurate records, complete reports and conduct risk assessments.
