Job Title Senior Product Manager - Salesforce (Core Cloud's & Marketing Cloud) Location London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in the London office) Salary & Benefits £90,000 - £104,000 base salary 10% annual bonus Competitive benefits package About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Salesforce Core Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This is a global role, working closely with regional stakeholders, technology teams, and business leaders to drive scalable, customer-centric solutions across multiple markets. You will manage a team of 3 , providing leadership, coaching, and direction while owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for Salesforce capabilities that support sales, marketing, and customer engagement at scale. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership Own and evolve the global Salesforce product roadmap across Core Cloud and Marketing Cloud Translate business strategy and customer needs into clear product vision, goals, and priorities Define success metrics and track product performance, adoption, and value delivery Stakeholder & Business Partnership Partner with global Sales, Marketing, CRM, Data, and Technology teams to align priorities Act as the primary product voice for Salesforce capabilities across regions Balance global standardisation with local market requirements Delivery & Execution Work closely with Salesforce architects, engineers, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution Own backlog prioritisation, feature definition, and release planning Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Salesforce best practices People Leadership Line manage and mentor a team of 3 Foster a high-performing, collaborative product culture Support professional development and succession planning within the team Governance & Continuous Improvement Ensure strong product governance, documentation, and lifecycle management Stay current with Salesforce roadmap, releases, and emerging capabilities Identify opportunities to optimise processes, tooling, and ways of working Skills & Experience Essential Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Lead in enterprise environments Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Core Cloud (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and Marketing Cloud Experience leading and managing product teams Strong stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams Ability to balance strategic thinking with delivery-focused execution Desirable Experience working in global or multi-market organisations Salesforce certifications (e.g. Administrator, Marketing Cloud, Product Owner) Experience working in agile / product-led delivery environments
