An Assembly Operative is required to join a Steel Processing / manufacturing company based in Cradley Heath. This is an excellent opportunity for an assembler to join an established, multi-national steel company. You will be responsible for assembling large decorative metal facades used on the front of buildings, and associated components, using various hand tools. The skills and experience required for this role include; Experience within manufacturing and assembly Assembling metal components for the front of buildings Using hand tools; drills, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. Working from assembly instructions Manual handling of stock - overhead crane experience is beneficial, but not required This position is on a temp basis to begin with - all being well, long term temp-to-perm opportunities may be available for consistent good workers. Operating in a fast-paced, high-spec production environment, they supply a diverse range of industries with technically demanding components. Working in a highly automated department, the Injection Moulding Setter / Operator will be responsible for ensuring machines and automation equipment run efficiently. Salary up to 35000 Monday - Thursday Days Life Assurance, Group Personal Pension Plan Key duties for the Injection Moulding Setter / Operator: Setting up, running, and optimising moulding machines and automation systems. Carrying out safety checks and undertaking basic maintenance activities. Loading and unloading mould tools safely and efficiently.
