As a Warehouse Planner your duties will include: Checking and clearing receipts on the system and resolving stock discrepancies in a timely manner Receiving customer enquiries/orders, processing picks and loading them accurately onto the system Despatching orders on the system and arranging transport Closing out job files by obtaining POD and any other required information Running reports from the system as required by customers and management Updating and reporting customer KPIs Collating accurate information for customer charge reports ready for Month end invoicing To be successful in the role of Tracking Coordinator, the ideal candidate will need: Good attention to detail Ideally a transport background, either UK/EU or worldwide Used to working in a busy environment Able to deal with stressful situations (line stoppage risks and high-profile shipments What's on offer: A competitive salary.
