You'll manage end-to-end payroll, including salaries, deductions, statutory payments, and employee records, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation and company policies. Working closely with HR and Finance, you'll handle RTI submissions, year-end processes, pensions, and reporting, while maintaining payroll data within the Frontier CHRIS system and reconciling with SAGE 200. You'll also be the go-to for employee payroll queries, resolving issues professionally and maintaining strict confidentiality, alongside supporting external requests.
