Working Foreman Location: Braintree Hourly Rate: Up to 22 per hour DOE We are seeking a proactive and experienced Working Foreman to support the efficient day-to-day operation of the workshop, while providing leadership and guidance to Service Engineers and Apprentices. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and expert guidance to both staff and customers. Deliver regular toolbox talks to promote and maintain health and safety standards. Review completed work to ensure compliance with warranty requirements and timelines. Assist the After Sales Manager with departmental projects and initiatives. You will be working on an internal fleet of commercial vehicles. This is a permanent role with weekly pay. So a great time to join HGV Technician / Mechanic / Fitter duties You will be working on an inhouse fleet of commercial vehicles to include tractor units, trailers, skip loaders and front loaders Working in a well-equipped workshop, the successful HGV Technician / Mechanic / Fitter will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service and maintenance. Duties range from correction of running defects to full vehicle overhauls, diagnostics and everything in between.
