Senior Director, FP&A (Interim) Immediate Start Location: London Reporting to: Group CFO Overview Luxury lifestyle business. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the Group's financial planning, performance management, and strategic analysis across a portfolio of global luxury lifestyle brands. This role is central to supporting executive decision-making, driving financial discipline, and enhancing visibility on performance across the business. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units Develop robust, driver-based financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis Ensure alignment between financial plans and strategic priorities across brands and geographies Performance Management Oversee monthly and quarterly performance reviews, providing clear insights on revenue, margins, and cost drivers Track key KPIs including occupancy, yield, pricing, and segment profitability Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actionable mitigation plans Reporting & Communication Prepare high-quality materials for Board, shareholders, and lenders Translate complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial reporting across the Group Data & Analytics Develop and enhance data-driven reporting capabilities across the FP&A function Leverage tools such as Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards and automate reporting Consolidate and analyse data from multiple systems and sources to generate actionable insights Improve data quality, accessibility, and consistency across the organization Team Leadership Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A team Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and business partnership Implement best practices, tools, and systems to enhance FP&A capabilities Candidate Profile 10+ years of experience in FP&A and Managerial Control Background in travel, hospitality, or transportation preferred Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an international organization Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Solid experience in data analytics, including Power BI or equivalent tools Proven ability to extract, structure, and analyse data from multiple sources Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Key Competencies Strong leadership and team management capabilities Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High level of attention to detail with a hands-on approach Strong data-driven mindset and analytical rigor What We Offer A strategic leadership role at the heart of a global luxury lifestyle platform Direct exposure to executive leadership and Board-level discussions Competitive compensation and benefits

Altum Consulting is partnering with the Henry Smith Foundation, one of the UK's largest charitable foundations, to appoint an Investment Operations Lead on an interim basis. This is an 18-month, part-time contract role (3-4 days per week) , based in central London with hybrid working (typically one day per week in the office). It offers a rare opportunity to contribute to the effective management of a £1.4bn endowment , supporting the charity's mission to tackle poverty and inequality across the UK. Reporting into the Director of Finance, Investments & Resources, the Investment Operations Lead will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the endowment. You'll oversee and implement investment administration, manage key relationships with external advisors, and support the charity's investment committees. With social investment on the horizon, this role also offers scope to contribute to shaping a growing area of work. As the Investment Operations Lead, your role will involve: Managing the administration of investment transactions and related documentation (e.g. tax forms, compliance). Acting as a key point of contact for Cambridge Associates and other advisors, ensuring effective communication and proactive relationship management. Supporting the preparation and running of investment committee meetings, including papers, logistics, and follow-ups. Taking initiative in improving how investment operations are managed, making relationships and processes more effective. Building knowledge of social investment and contributing to its development within the charity. The ideal candidate will: Bring experience of investment operations, portfolio administration, or a related financial role. Be confident and numerate, with the ability to understand investment processes (formal qualifications not essential). Balance hands-on administration with the ability to contribute at a strategic level. Be proactive, adaptable, and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal skills.
