About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, or similar commercial finance role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information and present clear recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling. A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge and influence decision-making. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) desirable.
