To be considered for this role interested applicants must have acquired a minimum of 3 years experience reviewing loan agreements within a front/middle or back office environment. Primary duties will include: Reviewing loan agreements from an operational lens to ensure the mechanics of the facility can be supported. Provide feedback to the front office from an operations perspective on draft agreements for consideration when finalising the detail of the facility. Extract data points from the loan agreement to enable event management during the loan trade cycle. Strong Excel skills are required as is LoanIQ experience. Primary duties will include: Tracking of financial ESG covenants, security trustee responsibilities, collateral monitoring and front to back management of amendments and waivers.
