This major London based International bank are looking to strengthen their expanding Agency Loans/Fund Finance middle office team. To be considered for this role interested applicants must have acquired a minimum of 3 years proven Agency Loans Operations and documentation experience within the financial sector. Primary duties will include: Tracking of financial ESG covenants, security trustee responsibilities, collateral monitoring and front to back management of amendments and waivers. This role will suit a professional individual who has acquired proven Syndicated & Bilateral Loans Operations experience within the financial sector. Duties will include:- To ensure that the booking of Loans, fees and bank income, Guarantees, commitments, risk and sub participation is completed in accordance with the banks rules. Provide support to the more junior members of the team, checking their work and resolving any facility queries. Provide support to facilitate the implementation of department projects.
