As the CNC Turner You will join a team focusing on delivering small-batch , high quality transmission components for motorsport and aerospace industries. This role will be supporting small batch CNC turning work for high quality transmission components, you will be working in a small, highly skilled team whilst supported by offline programming tools. We re keen to speak to CNC Turners who are experienced in Interpreting technical drawings and planning route cards to produce components within routed timeframes Operating CNC Lathes, ideally: Victor Turn II 26 HD Leadwell LTC 25iL with Siemens 828D Doosan Puma GT3100 Familiarity with Fanuc controls is essential; knowledge of Siemens controls is advantageous Reading, understanding, and editing CNC programmes, including modifying speeds and feeds as necessary Working knowledge of turning tips and their correct applications Experience operating a small manual lathe or Harrison Alpha 400 plus NC lathe would be advantageous Hours : You will be working a Night Shift, Monday Thursday 21 00 on a 37 hour per week contract. Contract Type : Join the team as a CNC Turner on an initial 6-month contract with extensions and permanent vacancies possible for those who demonstrate the right skills and attitudes. Pay Rates : £21.50 per hour PAYE (inclusive of shift allowance) to be uplifted to be paid via UMBRELLA PAYE payroll model. Overtime rates available! Please note, this role is deemed inside of IR35.
