Maintenance Technician, West London, Temporary, £16.50ph + hol pay, Tools Provided. We are looking for a proactive multi skilled Maintenance Operative for student accommodation. In this static role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding living experience by ensuring all maintenance and repair requests within the property are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same-perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Duties Deliver excellent customer service, working closely with colleagues and management. Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance across the property. Engage professionally with residents, showing empathy and understanding. Report any welfare concerns immediately to management. Support the wider team with reception/admin duties when required.
