Location - London 2/3 days per week Inside IR35 Rate - Negotiable Senior Storage Engineer (Pure Storage Focus) Data Centre Environment | Enterprise Infrastructure | Storage Migrations We're seeking a highly experienced Storage Engineer with strong hands-on expertise across Pure Storage , SAN, NAS, and enterprise backup platforms. This role will lead complex storage refresh and migration initiatives within a live production data centre environment, operating under structured change control processes. You'll work closely with compute and network teams to deliver resilient, high-performing storage solutions that support business-critical systems. Key Requirements: 10+ years' enterprise storage experience Strong hands-on expertise with Pure Storage Flash arrays Proven delivery of storage migrations and refresh projects end-to-end Solid understanding of Fibre Channel SAN, backup platforms (NetBackup, Networker, Avamar, Rubrik), and DR/resilience design Experience working within structured change management frameworks Desirable: Experience in regulated environments Relevant vendor certifications (Pure Storage, Dell EMC, NetApp, Brocade) We're looking for a calm, methodical engineer who thrives in live production environments and can deliver complex storage projects safely and successfully.
