1st Line Support Engineer - Enhanced DBS preferred We are seeking an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to provide day-to-day IT support to end users. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling user queries, logging and managing support tickets, troubleshooting common IT issues, and escalating more complex incidents to specialist teams where required. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support to users via phone, email, and in person. Log, track, and manage support tickets. Troubleshoot and resolve routine hardware, software, and user access issues. Escalate complex 2nd and 3rd Line issues to the appropriate support teams. Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and general IT administration tasks. Support general IT and administrative activities as required. Required Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a 1st Line Service Desk or IT Support role. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and related applications. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently. Desirable Skills: Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration.
