This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an interest in property litigation to develop their experience while working on a varied caseload under supervision. You will handle your own caseload consisting predominantly of Small Claims Track matters in the County Court and cases before the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber), while also supporting the wider team on more complex defended matters.
