In this Standards Auditor role, you will be carrying out onsite and remote audits for our automotive partners typically set against franchise standards and expectations and may work on a variety of audit programmes and locations. Adherence to brand standards and procedures is becoming increasingly significant in the automotive industry as customer experience and satisfaction becomes paramount to vehicle manufactures. Our clients invest greatly in creating their brand identity, customer experience and creating a positive customer interaction environment. As such they require their dealership and retail outlets to adhere to these standards and ensure their brand identity, quality, safety standards and sales and service experiences match the expectations of both the brand and their customers. To be considered for this role you: • Possess a recognised auditing qualification and experience. • Should be well presented, articulate and possess excellent communication skills. • Will have a keen attention to detail and a methodical approach in a face paced environment. • Will be able to adhere to set processes and procedures. • Have the ability to communicate with all levels of dealership staff including senior managers. • Should be personable, approachable and have natural relationship building skills. • Are highly reliable and trustworthy. • Have ability and experience in preparing and presenting concise, accurate reports. • Will be able to meet set deadline expectations. • Experience in an automotive dealership environment would be advantageous. • Must be willing to travel up to two hours from home location. • High level of computer literacy with the ability to use web-based platforms to generate high quality outputs for submission in line with defined service delivery standards.
