Job Description We are looking for a Product Owner - Legal Services to join our Group Technology team in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for prioritizing the product roadmap to enhance our legal services strategies and tools. You will act as a bridge between the legal businesses and the engineering teams, ensuring that our products meet user needs and align with our business objectives. Work alongside business analysts to create user stories and prioritize the backlog Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring that information is clear, concise, and relevant Work with cross-functional teams including engineers, delivery managers, project managers, 3rd party vendors to deliver high-quality products Ensure that products meet user experience standards and business strategies Measure success and adjust priorities as needed to achieve strategic objectives? Conduct user research, market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions? Analyse product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement? Facilitate product demos and user acceptance testing activities Support various agile ceremonies, such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, retrospectives Act as a coach on product management best practices for the BA and the rest of the team Experience and skills required: Preferably educated to graduate level with a bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field Proven experience working as a product owner or similar role Experience with legal services / conveyancing industry is a plus Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management practices?
