We are seeking a dedicated Multiskilled Engineer to join our well established client. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of intruder, access control, CCTV & fire systems and will be responsible for the installation, and maintenance of these systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and practical skills to ensure that all safety measures are effectively implemented and maintained. Be knowledgeable with both Nsi and SSAIB standards and be able to work either alone or as part of a team. This role is Monday - Friday with occasional paid weekend working. A company van will be provided and you'll work in the local Bucks and Berks area. Salary is circa £40k depending on experience, plus benefits. Responsibilities Collaborate with contractors, and other engineers to integrate systems into building designs. Utilise hand tools and power tools for the installations & Maintenance/servicing. Perform routine service and maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support to customers. Prepare documentation including reports, manuals, and compliance certificates related to intruder, CCTV, Fire systems. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Ability to work with various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on system design and implementation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and customers. Our client is at the forefront of designing and manufacturing low energy, low carbon and sustainable building services solutions. They're now looking for a Design Engineer to join their team. This office-based role will be focused on thermodynamic modelling, and includes creating detailed quotations, supporting the sales team, and providing technical guidance to clients and colleagues.
