As a Customer Services Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from order through to delivery and after-sales support. We are looking for someone with experience working for a company that sells a product who has dealt with returns, deliveries, etc. £26k plus excellent benefits, hybrid working, 9am - 5pm.
