We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers (CAT C+E) to join the team. Shifts: Shifts across Monday to Sunday - Full time -Part time / AD-HOC -Weekends Hours : Afters/Nights Pay Rate: Monday to Friday- £19.15ph PAYE Saturday- £24.52ph PAYE Over time (anything over 8 hours) Monday to Saturday- £27.25ph PAYE Sunday- £27.25ph PAYE- Flat rate Location: Carlisle, CA6 Job Type : Ongoing The role: Trucking only Engage in customer work, taking the vehicle to a customer to collect a trailer, delivering it to a hub, and returning to the depot. Collaborate with a team to ensure efficient operations and timely deliveries. Travel to local sites for a one-off download of the tacho card prior to being put forward for the position. Attend an on-site induction for the first shift. Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E). Have at least 12 months of proven experience driving the relevant vehicle. Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Less than 12 infringement points in any one month and no infringement points for three consecutive months. Flexibility to work shifts across Monday to Sunday with start times from 12 pm - 9 pm (all paid at night rate). Ability to travel to local site for tacho card download prior to being put forward. Full understanding of WTD legislation. Excellent communication skills. A safety-first mindset.

Hours: Choose your own days of work and start times by providing a 2-hour window from 12PM through to 11PM. Please note you must be able to provide availability on a Friday OR Sunday ( This does not mean you will be working one of these days every week ). Location: Barnsley, S74. Job Type : Ongoing. The role: Trunking between depots, ensuring timely and safe delivery of parcels. Reversing in the yard and manoeuvring vehicles with precision. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle, ensuring roadworthiness and compliance with company standards. Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a high level of safety on the road. Effectively communicate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups. Requirements: Full UK driving licence with Class 1 entitlement (category C+E). Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card. New passes welcome! No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only). Successful completion of assessment, including theory element which is two questionnaires based on drivers' hours and road laws and a practical element which will be based on yard reversing and a short driving test.
