This is a varied role that combines bookkeeping, payroll support, and general office administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across a range of responsibilities and being an integral part of a close-knit team. The successful candidate will have experience using Xero and be confident managing day-to-day financial administration while supporting the smooth running of the office. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records using Xero. Process purchase and sales invoices. Reconcile bank accounts and supplier statements. Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time. General data entry and maintaining accurate company records. Scheduling appointments, meetings and diaries. Answering telephone calls and responding to emails. Preparing documents, reports and correspondence. Filing and maintaining electronic and paper records. Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office management. Providing administrative support to the wider team as required. Key attributes Previous experience in a similar bookkeeping and administration role. Experience working within a small business environment.
