Large Housing Association requires a Health and Safety (H&S) Adviser to play a key role in ensuring that H&S standards are applied consistently across the organisation, supporting managers and teams to operate safety and in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: Provide practical H&S advice and guidance to managers and staff. Proactively promote a positive H&S culture across the organisation. Supporting managers in understanding and meeting required H&S standards. Support and undertake investigations into H&S accidents and incidents. Escalate serious incidents, risks or non-compliance issues in line with agreed thresholds. Maintain accurate records within the H&S Management System and identify required updates. Assist and where required lead, on RIDDOR and Mandatory Occurrence Reporting (MOR) processes including liaison with external bodies where required. Working with HR to support H&S aspects of employee-related matters, including reasonable adjustments where appropriate. Undertaking H&S inspections and audits, identifying issues and supporting the tracking of actions through to completion. Complete and review risk assessments to ensure they are suitable and sufficient. Undertaking DSE assessment reviews, as required. Support the delivery of H&S training and briefings, working with relevant teams. Delivering on the H&S Communications Plan to ensure H&S issues and messages are presented to staff and teams. Skills and experience: NEBOSH General Certificate Level 3 or working towards NEBOSH Diploma Level 6. IOSH Membership. Experience of working in a health and safety adviser capacity, preferably within the Housing industry. Experience of incident investigation, regulatory engagement and performance reporting. Experience of undertaking inspections as part of a H&S adviser role. Experience of undertaking policy work and implementation. Experience of advising and leading on health and safety matters. Experience of Building Safety and MOR. Extensive working knowledge of health and safety legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to the role. Role expected to last for 6-9 months Pay is £26.03 ph PAYE or £34.42 Umbrella

A large Housing Association is looking for a Customer Service Executive on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months Key responsibilities are as follows As a Customer Service Executive you will have the required authority, budget, skills and support to creatively address the housing needs of your residents. You will be the main point of contact for residents and will be personally accountable for delivering services to residents in a small area patch. You will be responsible for managing service charge estimates, collecting rent and service charges, ordering and managing repairs, managing estate and dealing with any tenancy or neighbourhood issues that arise. Where appropriate you may work with external Managing Agents for the delivery of company standards. Your services will be delivered locally where possible. You will meet residents annually to identify their priorities for the year. You will take ownership for getting the job done and keep residents updated on the progress. Where issues arise that you cannot deal with directly, you will work on behalf of residents and with other stakeholders, engaging services inside and outside to ensure their needs are met. However, you will retain responsibility when other people are involved, making sure that they do what they agree to do Hourly rate PAYE £21.59 and £28.56 Umbrella Essential Requirements Ideally looking for someone with a good consistent background in Customer Services, a housing background would be advantageous Excellent interpersonal skills and able to pick things up quickly Excellent on Word & Excel Must be immediately available or on short notice

Working within a fast paced warehouse this is a pivotal role within the business and we are looking for an experienced stock controller. This is very much a hands on role and you will manage the stock levels for a variety of products. You will ensure that the inventory is correct and well managed to enable the fulfilment team to meet all their customer requirements. Duties and responsibilities: Manage accurate stock levels Carry out regular stock takes Manage incoming stock - ensuring correct as per delivery notes and maintain accurate booking in processes Resolve any stock or order discrepancies Maintain the inventory CRM, generate reports for senior management This role will involve some heavy lifting and manual labour within the warehouse. Ensuring all deliveries are received and stored in line with company policy. This is a temp to perm opportunity with an immediate start. View to becoming permanent after an initial 12 week temp period.
