A Housing Association is currently looking for an Estate Operations Co-ordinator on a temporary to permanent basis. Key responsibilities Provide exceptional on-site management services and ensure timely, responsive support for customers. Complete all Fire Risk Assessment actions promptly, adhering to internal policies. Conduct regular and ad-hoc estate inspections to monitor standards and implement necessary improvements. Manage newsletters and communications to keep residents informed. Recommend enhancements for communal areas and estate services to the Estate Operations Manager. Improve resident satisfaction within budget; identify cost-saving opportunities. Foster strong relationships with contractors, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs while managing risks. Oversee maintenance contracts for M&E equipment, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines. Supply high-quality business and performance data to the Estate Operations Manager. Deliver services within budget while exploring avenues to enhance cost-effectiveness and increase income Collaborate with the estate management team to address individual resident needs and gather feedback. Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure estate repairs are executed efficiently, collecting customer feedback and quality checks on completed works. Act as the manager during their absence, ensuring quality responses according to our procedures. Raise work orders for management approval within budget, ensuring legal and contractual compliance. A housing association is currently looking for a number of Repairs officers on a temporary basis for about 6 months. Key responsibilities are as follows Use first line diagnostic abilities and thorough understanding of the repairs processes to provide effective support functions in responsive repairs for the operational businesses Recognise work that falls outside of companys responsibilities and cases that would be categorised as complex, as well as what and when to escalate to senior staff Oversee and progress all repairs within internal systems to ensure that repairs progress effectively and that proactive steps are taken to complete repairs as quickly as possible and to a high standard Address customer enquiries and concerns, ensuring all updates and interactions are recording on the systems Own and administer all marketplace activity associated with quote review, acceptance and oversight. • Ensure that completed works are accurately reviewed against the specification of works before being progressed for payment. Work with all stakeholders and contractors to ensure all KPI's are met, managing competency in line with Building Safety legislation Assist in the processing of invoices for payment through in-house systems by checking invoices are correct and ensuring work is complete before payment Review contractor requests for variances and challenge as appropriate to ensure value for money, and a positive repair journey for our residents Support the team with regular cost and quality audits for all aspects of repair works Interact with customers and colleagues to understand their repair needs and expectations and embed this into the service you deliver. Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction with completed repairs Provide a review and rating for all completed jobs. Feedback to managers on any issues identified as part of monitoring of repair related tasks and flag any issues for escalation as part of performance monitoring Assist your manager and team by providing timely business information on region specific repair data and with exporting necessary repairs reporting information as an overview of team performance Support the regional teams to manage a reliable, trusted and responsible repairs service. Working within a fast paced warehouse this is a pivotal role within the business and we are looking for an experienced stock controller. This is very much a hands on role and you will manage the stock levels for a variety of products. You will ensure that the inventory is correct and well managed to enable the fulfilment team to meet all their customer requirements. Duties and responsibilities: Manage accurate stock levels Carry out regular stock takes Manage incoming stock - ensuring correct as per delivery notes and maintain accurate booking in processes Resolve any stock or order discrepancies Maintain the inventory CRM, generate reports for senior management This role will involve some heavy lifting and manual labour within the warehouse. Ensuring all deliveries are received and stored in line with company policy. This is a temp to perm opportunity with an immediate start. View to becoming permanent after an initial 12 week temp period.
