We are looking for 7.5 tonne drivers to join our team, to work with our clients, to drive deliveries all over the South of England. This is an ongoing contract. MainDuties As a representative of the organisation your general appearance and attitude must all be exemplary. Drivers must have a 'can-do' attitude at all times. Packing, loading, securing loads and unloading deliveries Before setting off you must carry out an inspection of the vehicle and record all defects. Delivering goods to customers on designated routes Maintaining regular communication with route dispatchers, if there are road and location issues Must be able to deal with client's customers in a professional manner When making a delivery, always be courteous and polite. Review deliveries with recipients to ensure they are accurate Obtaining delivery confirmations from customers Must be able to do multi drop deliveries Must be able to record all deliveries and report any issues to client Must be able to move heavy objects around inside lorry. Qualifications and Skills Must have a 7.5 tonne licence, with valid Digi tacho and CPC card. Must have a minimum of 2-years commercial driving experience. We cannot accept drivers that have more than 6 points on their licence and have been convicted of a DD, DR, INT endorsement. We are currently looking for hardworking and reliable people to work in a variety of roles for our manufacturing clients based in St Leonards. Main Duties Working in various departments throughout the factory. Working on manufacturing lines, packing orders, assembling products etc. Operating various machines. Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. This role will include standing and floor work. Some heavy lifting in certain departments. Must comply with Company's Health and Safety Regulations at all times. Full training will be given. Qualifications and Skills Factory/machine experience preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills. Ability and willingness to learn new skills. Good time keeping. Must be enthusiastic hardworking individuals. Working Hours Mondays to Fridays. This is an ongoing contract with various shift patterns, ranging from days, nights and weekends. Main Duties As a representative of the organisation your general appearance and attitude must all be exemplary. Drivers must have a 'can-do' attitude at all times. If there's a problem, it is your responsibility to help resolve it, either through your own initiative or by working with the customer or the Company to reach a positive outcome. If a customer becomes difficult you should always remain calm, acknowledge the problem and not take anything personal. When making a delivery, always be courteous and polite. If a customer is not available to take the delivery, it is important that the delivery is not left unattended, unless prior authorisation has been given by the depot. Before setting off you must carry out an inspection of the vehicle and record all defects. Must be able to move heavy objects around inside lorry.
