They are passionate about creating an environment where employees feel supported to develop, grow, and make a meaningful impact on the business and their own careers This growing organisation is seeking an experienced and proactive Regional HR Advisor to join its people team, supporting multiple sites including, East Grinstead, Horsham, and Burgess Hill. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and commercially focused HR service, providing guidance across employee relations, people policies, and day-to-day HR matters. The role will support managers in creating positive working environments, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and promoting fair and inclusive people practices across the business Such duties will include but will not be limited to: Providing coaching, guidance, and support to managers in handling employee relations matters (Disciplinary, grievance absence management) Conduct investigations, attend hearings, and ensure fair and legally compliant outcomes Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, offering advice on HR policies, procedures and best practices Promote a positive working environment through effective engagement initiatives and employee feedback Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing employment of individuals Promote an inclusive and diverse workplace culture through training, awareness initiatives, and policy development Ensure policies and procedures are up to date Maintain accurate employee records Generate reports and HR related data when required Assist with projects including employee engagement surveys To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience operating at HR Advisor level, ideally within a fast-paced operational environment. You'll bring strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, alongside proven experience managing a broad range of complex employee relations cases. The successful candidate will be a proactive and adaptable HR professional with a positive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for people and HR. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines are essential. CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous

Payroll Manager Ongoing Temporary Role (3-6months) Based in Brighton (hybrid working - 1 day in the office a week) £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (can be full or part time hours, min 3 days) Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Payroll Manager to join an established business in the Brighton area on an ongoing contract basis to provide support. You will oversee and take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process across multiple sites for approximately 800 employees, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and within agreed deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing including: New starters and leavers Permanent and variable pay changes Overtime and commission payments SSP, maternity, paternity and shared parental leave Employee benefits and deductions Ensure monthly and annual payroll deadlines are met Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and third parties in line with GDPR and data protection requirements Maintain accurate payroll records, reports and documentation Support payroll processes linked to employee benefit schemes Liaise with HR, Finance and external payroll providers Assist with year-end payroll reporting, including P11D and PSA processes Candidate Requirements: Previous payroll experience Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance (end to end hands on experience) Committed to completing the contract Available at short notice If you feel that you would be suitable for this position then please apply with your CV.
