Essentially we are looking for someone from a construction environment, either a contractor or council / housing association involved in training and developing construction / trade skills. The Quantity Surveyor role: As a Quantity Surveyor within the Capital works division, you will actively tender, estimate and measure onsite. Specifically, you will: Measure and prepare cost estimates for contracts and tenders, highlighting any risks and solutions for mitigating these.
