This will be an operational role which will need the person to work autonomously as although they will be working alongside an HR team the role will be more of a standalone position to work with a separate part of the business. The role needs to deliver practical and commercially focuses HR support including employee relations and organisational change. It is to enable the global headquarters to align with the UK group policies, frameworks and payroll processes while retaining independence for day to day HR delivery.
