Salary: £45,981 Contract: Full-time, permanent Location: Turn2us London Hub (Farringdon) & homeworking As the Supporter Engagement & Legacy Manager you will play a key role as we seek to reignite our legacy marketing programme and grow overall individual giving income to help ensure long-term support for those facing financial difficulty. You will be responsible for the project management and implementation of all supporter engagement activity, acquisition, and legacy marketing activities, ensuring all activity is optimised and campaigns include enhanced digital and social media content. Reporting to the Co-Heads of Supporter Engagement and managing the Supporter Engagement Officer, you will develop a multi-year plan to rebuild legacy income and a pipeline of legacy supporters, including re-engaging the EFH care home staff and major donors. You will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction, operational plans and effective management of Turn2us's giving programmes from individuals including appeals, regular giving and legacies, maximising net income from new and existing income streams. The successful candidate will have experience of managing direct marketing campaigns in a charity environment as well as proven ability to manage successful legacy marketing campaigns. They will have significant experience stewarding individuals and legacy supporters and be adept at communicating the impact of donations, as well as having line management experience. The ability to make a strong case for supporting Turn2us' key areas of work is crucial, as is an aptitude for proactively increasing acquisition and retention rates. The post holder will also be a self-starter who is comfortable building new strategies from a relatively small pool of supporters and is experienced testing different tactics to establish the best practice for Turn2us. About the Role This role brings together research and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) to strengthen Turn2us's evidence base and improve how we design and deliver our services. Working closely with the Research & Learning Manager and the wider Insight & Impact team, the postholder will support projects that deepen our understanding of financial insecurity and its intersections with inequality. The role involves collecting and analysing data, synthesising evidence, and contributing to impact reporting, while ensuring that the voices and experiences of people facing financial hardship are central to our work. Experience in designing surveys, conducting analysis, and synthesising evidence is important, alongside an interest and/or understanding of safeguarding, ethics, and intersectionality in research and evaluation. We also value experience of co-production with people with lived experience and the ability to support learning across teams. We are delighted to be supporting a London-based institution in their search for a temporary Disability Advisor to join their Student Support team. Running for 1-month in the first instance, this is a full-time role based fully onsite in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with specialist knowledge of disability support in Higher Education, who is passionate about promoting accessibility and student wellbeing. Key Responsibilities for this role include: Providing expert advice and tailored support to students with disabilities, including mental health and long-term health conditions. Coordinating reasonable adjustments and Inclusion Plans and supporting students through the Disabled Students Allowance (DSA) process. Conducting in-house needs assessments for international and non-DSA-funded students. Acting as a key contact for students in crisis, working closely with the Mental Health Coordinator and wider support teams. Advising staff on inclusive practices and delivering disability awareness across the institution. Maintaining accurate, confidential records and contributing to the development of student-facing resources. To be considered for this position, you should possess: In-depth knowledge of disability legislation, including the Equality Act. Experience supporting students in a Higher Education setting.
