Responsibilities Assist fee earners in preparing, reviewing, and drafting leasehold documentation, including leases, licences to assign, deeds of variation, and notices. Support the management of leasehold transactions, such as lease extensions, enfranchisements, and right to manage claims. Conduct legal research on leasehold and property law, as well as relevant statutory frameworks. Liaise with clients, landlords, tenants, managing agents, and external solicitors to ensure smooth case progression. Prepare correspondence and reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with billing, administrative tasks, and diary management for deadlines and requisitions. Qualifications Proven experience in property, conveyancing, or leasehold services. Strong knowledge of statutory leasehold processes, including lease extensions and collective enfranchisements. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases. Proficiency in legal case management systems, Microsoft Office, and online research tools. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position, offering a supportive working environment and the opportunity to play a key role within a busy conveyancing department. The successful candidate will bring recent Residential Conveyancing secretarial experience , gained within a fast-paced, client-focused legal environment.
