Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Civils Site Manager to start for a client of ours based in the Greater Manchester area. Project Oversight: Manage construction projects from start to finish, including pre-construction through commissioning. Client Liaison: Serve as a point of contact, ensuring continuous communication and support for clients. Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered successfully and efficiently, meeting client needs and company standards. Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-project close-out meetings with clients to identify areas for improvement in processes and practices. Requirements (Essential) Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. CSCS card (Black, Gold, or White), or qualified to obtain one. Proven project management experience. Competent in Microsoft Excel and general IT skills. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with critical thinking abilities. Knowledge of current health and safety legislation. SMSTS certification.
