Salary & Benefits Package: Basic salary: £30,000 £35,000 (£35k for industry experience) Commission: Team-performance based commission structure The Sales Manager will be responsible for: -Managing and supporting a team of onboarding sales advisors, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and professional development. -Drive team performance to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including call conversion rates. -Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to active user or client. -Continually assess and improve onboarding scripts, sales techniques, and workflows to maximise team efficiency and close rates. -Provide regular training, feedback, and coaching to the team, including call reviews and performance assessments. -Monitor and report on individual and team performance metrics, using data to drive informed decisions and improvements. -Work closely with Marketing, Compliance, and Field Sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless contractor experiences. -Ensure accurate and timely data entry in CRM systems, maintaining high standards of lead and contractor record integrity. CREDIT CONTROLLER CREDIT CONTROLLER'S MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To provide Credit Control services and oversee the administration of the Sales Ledgers for the organisation.
