They are currently looking for an experienced and dynamic Building Property Manager. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of delivering best-in-class tenant experience, while ensuring cost-efficient and high-performing building operations, while also supporting tenant retention and future leasing strategy. This is a client-facing, operational leadership role, interacting directly with tenant CEOs and senior stakeholders, while coordinating internal staff and external suppliers. The ideal candidate combines strong operational property management experience with a commercially aware mindset, including familiarity with leasing dynamics and an active broker network in the City of London, to ensure both exceptional building performance and continuity of occupancy. Key Responsibilities Tenant & Stakeholder Management Building Operations Management Supplier & Contract Management Financial & Cost Control Leasing Support & Commercial Awareness Compliance & Risk Management Continuous Improvement Candidate Profile Experience Minimum 5-8+ years' experience in property or facilities management. Proven track record managing similar office assets, ideally: Serviced offices / flexible workspace Multi-tenant premium office buildings Demonstrated success in tenant relationship management at senior level. Experience with leasing processes and broker engagement is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies Strong operational mindset with hands-on approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of commercial leasing structures. Established network within the London office brokerage community is a strong advantage. High level of commercial awareness and cost control discipline. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
