Job Overview We have a fantastic opportunity for a Risk and Incident Analyst to join our Paragon's Sunderland site within the Risk & Compliance department. The Risk and Incident Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on Sunderland and Client risks and incidents. This role ensures timely identification, assessment, and resolution of incidents while supporting the enterprise risk management framework to minimise threats and maximise opportunities Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm Main duties would include: Support the development and maintenance of the Sunderland enterprise risk register, client risk registers and OCRM risk register Conduct risk assessments and assist in implementing mitigation strategies. Prepare risk reports and reports for the Senior GRC Manage and Site Leadership. Oversight of Incident Management including investigation and corrective and preventative actions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely remediation and root cause analysis. Maintain incident records and ensure compliance with reporting requirements. Identify trends and recommend preventive measures to reduce recurrence. Assist in internal audits and compliance reviews related to risk and incident processes. Support adherence to frameworks such as ISO 9001, 27001, GDPR, and other relevant standards Skills and Attributes we are looking for Proven experience within a Risk / Incident role Attention to detail and accuracy.
