The Role As Community Engagement Lead, you'll be the face of the organisation within the local community, building relationships with businesses, schools, community groups and supporters across North Nottinghamshire. One day you'll be networking with local businesses, the next you'll be supporting a community fundraiser or developing a new engagement campaign. What You'll Be Doing Building relationships with businesses, community groups and local supporters. Developing new community partnerships and fundraising opportunities. Representing the organisation at networking events and community activities. Supporting fundraisers from idea through to successful delivery. Growing awareness within the local community. Working closely with colleagues to achieve engagement and fundraising targets. Maintaining accurate supporter records using a CRM system. About You You're a people person. You enjoy networking, starting conversations and building genuine relationships. You could come from fundraising, account management, business development, events, customer success, recruitment or another relationship-focused role. You'll also have: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence speaking with businesses and community groups. A proactive, organised approach. The ability to manage multiple projects at once. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally. What's In It For You? Have you worked as a barista previously? Do you thrive in fast paced environments? Are you looking to work over 20 hours per week? If so, this could be the role for you. We are currently recruiting for skilled baristas to work 20-35hrs per week, based in Leeds City Centre. The role will be for at least 3 months, with probable extension. The main duties will reverberate around providing first class customer service in a coffee shop. This will involve: Greeting and liaising with customers. Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso, tea and iced drinks. Cooking and serving food. Operating the till system, whilst taking and charging for orders. Cleaning down the work station and cafe area. We're looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on Facilities & Business Support Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our site and provide operational support across the business. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for ensuring our facilities, compliance and workplace standards are maintained across four warehouse operations. Alongside facilities management, you'll support employee administration, coordinate onboarding and provide general business support to managers. Key Responsibilities Facilities & Compliance Manage the day-to-day running of the facilities across four warehouse sites. Carry out daily walkarounds to ensure buildings, grounds and work areas remain safe, secure and well maintained. Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance. Arrange repairs, lighting maintenance and general building upkeep. Manage external contractors, suppliers and service providers. Coordinate fleet servicing and maintenance.
