You will need to be comfortable spending large amounts of your day one-to-one with the Service Users, there is no leaping from client to client here with 15 minute blocks. Someone who can coach, develop and empower teams while also holding the line on safety, rights and regulatory excellence. This is not a "clipboard and checklist" role. This is a hands on, relationship centred and impact driven position where every service is better after your visit. Able to conduct audits and investigations to a high standard and produce reports and reporting for the senior management team.
