Person Specification Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation, property management and RICS codes. Proven experience of rent reviews and lease renewals. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and manage staff. High level of IT literacy, including property management systems. MRICS with significant post-qualification experience in public or private sector.
