Job Description About the Role We're looking for a proactive and confident HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to join our HR team in Warrington. In this key role, you'll provide expert guidance, coaching and support to managers across the business on a wide range of employee relations matters - from disciplinary and grievance to absence management, performance, TUPE, and beyond.
