Key Responsibilities Execute scheduled PPM tasks in line with the site s maintenance strategy and OEM guidelines. Maintain and repair mechanical components such as hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gears, couplings, and conveyors. Collaborate with production and planning teams to coordinate maintenance without disrupting operations. Respond promptly to breakdowns and faults on press machines and related mechanical systems. Diagnose root causes of mechanical failures Minimise machine downtime and ensure a fast return to production while maintaining safety and quality standards. Provide support during equipment failure investigations and implement lessons learned. Assist in the refurbishment and overhaul of press machines during scheduled downtime.
