We are looking to recruit an experienced senior infrastructure engineer who has a wealth of experience and knowledge of end point administration using Intune, Autopilot, MS Configuration Manager with Defender and Sentinel for Security. In addition you will need to be an accomplished Infrastructure Engineer who can provide 3rd line support and act as a technical lead on infrastructure projects. You will need have practical experience of Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online and Office 365. Experience with an infrastructure that includes MacOS and IOS would also be an advantage. Salesforce Business Analyst South Wales (Hybrid - 2 days in-office) Permanent About Us Join a forward-thinking and rapidly growing company based in the heart of South Wales. The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to join the dynamic team. In this key role, you will be the crucial link between business stakeholders and the technical development team. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring the Salesforce platform is optimised to support our strategic goals.This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in our South Wales office two days a week to collaborate with the team, with the flexibility to work from home for the rest of the week. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyse business requirements from various stakeholders. Document business processes, user stories, and functional requirements. Conduct workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering and solution design. Collaborate with developers to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions. Create and execute test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in an Agile environment. Ability to think critically and solve complex business problems. A relevant Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst) is a significant advantage. What We Offer: A competitive salary of around £45-50K plus bonus. We are looking to recruit an experienced application architect who has practical experience of creating a consistent application architecture using the process of migrating from a mainly on premise architecture to a Cloud first first architecture to create a clearly focussed application architecture that clearly addresses the needs of the business. You will be removing duplication and silo's of data to create a clearly focussed application architecture that addresses the current and future needs of the business. This will be a key role within a growing organisation. You will identify a clear picture of As Is application architecture, work with key stakeholders to create a target application architecture that removes duplication and increases integration across the business. You will develop the application architecture roadmap that is integrated with the business, data and infrastructure architectures to enable the business to continue to expand its operational capacity.This is a hybrid role with a requirement to spend 2 days per week in our client's West Yorkshire office.
