The Role We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our small and supportive team. You will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment for pupils with complex needs. Working with children who may present with challenging behaviours, you will support their engagement in education, helping them feel included within the school community and supporting improved attendance.
