About the role The Senior Administrative Support Officer will play a key role in supporting the General Management Team (GMT) by providing a high-quality, customer-focused administrative and reception service across New Lodge. The role includes managing day-to-day reception duties, coordinating responsive repairs and maintenance through the Connect repairs system, and supporting cyclical planned maintenance and modernisation programmes. You will also play an important part in supporting Health and Safety processes and systems to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements across both Residential Care and Extra Care services. You will provide effective leadership and management support to Administrative Officers and General Assistants, including conducting regular meetings and supporting annual reviews. You will have oversight of contractors delivering services at New Lodge, such as the Parks and Landscape team, and will work closely with domiciliary care and residential care teams to ensure a seamless service for residents and applicants. You will also support Housing Officers with the effective letting and tenancy management of properties, working in partnership with external agencies and working partners. Additionally, the role involves assisting Housing Officers in helping residents to sustain their tenancies through effective housing management activities. About you We are looking for a caring and motivated individual with experience in a customer-focused environment. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and confidence in organising and prioritising tasks. Able to take a compassionate, resident-focused approach to your work, you will be able to communicate clearly and inclusively, work well both independently and as part of a team, including alongside internal and external stakeholders Strong IT skills are essential, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to bespoke systems. About the role As our PMO Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Planning, Performance and Risk to oversee, coordinate and support the organisation's programme of operational and strategic projects. You'll play a pivotal role in embedding a consistent, effective project management framework across the organisation-enabling our teams to deliver key organisational and strategic outcomes. You will lead a small team of project professionals and act as a central point of reference for project standards, reporting, governance, risk management and organisational learning. Through high-quality oversight and continuous improvement, you will help shape how projects are initiated, planned, monitored and delivered across JRHT and JRF. You'll work with senior teams to develop plans and agree the pipeline of projects to be delivered - prioritising requirements to meet regulatory, strategic and operational demands. Excellent communication skills will be key, as will your ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, in particular at senior level. With good knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques and analytical tools you will be able to apply these in a pragmatic and flexible way and ensure a project management approach is embedded through monitoring metrics and performance reporting to the executive.
