Key Responsibilities: Administering and managing the charity s pension schemes, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Supporting payroll processes and working closely with Finance to meet deadlines. Advising managers on sickness absence, wellbeing, and Occupational Health referrals. Maintaining HR systems and records with precision and confidentiality. Providing advice, guidance, and support on a broad range of HR queries. About You: Experience of pension administration (essential), with knowledge of government schemes highly desirable. Background in payroll and HR processes within a busy HR function. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build positive relationships at all levels. Highly organised, accurate, and adaptable, with excellent IT skills. CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience. This is a full-time, office-based position (Monday Friday) for the duration of probation, with scope for some flexibility thereafter.
