Firstly, you will need to hold a minimum Cytech Technical Level 2 qualification or extensive mechanical experience in a professional environment. Secondly, you will need to be qualified MIAS Level 1 or 2 Bike Leader or equivalent. Our Bike Team are passionate about cycling, energetic and requires a high level of personal fitness to guide extensive rides daily. As a Neilson bike mechanic, it will be your job to keep our fleet of bikes in the best possible condition throughout the season.
